Easy- they were/are desperate for nursing faculty. Met with the Dean, did a group interview and gave a short presentation and was graded by the group. I was hired quickly but onboarding was not smooth. Multiple platforms are required to learn (Canvas, email etc.) very quickly prior to stepping into classroom, lack of resources for onboarding to Nursing
