Applied online and quickly had a screening with HR. Then progressed to a video interview with two managers. Final stage was a six hour Visit Day to come onsite and meet with about nine new people (from the team and from outside the team). The entire visit felt extremely welcoming and friendly. There was obvious attention given to how a candidate would feel during the process and balancing interview conversations with more casual culture-fit conversations. Even had a check in with HR at the end of the day where they gave me the chance to ask any new/lingering questions.
