      I interviewed at Labrador

      Interview

The initial conversation was fine, had a good conversation with the CEO. For the second interview I spoke with the CEO and one lead developer, presenting a previous project. It seemed like the developer had woken up on the wrong side of the bed, but a bit more positive at the end of the interview. About a week later I got an email saying that they wanted someone with less experience, which I can't understand why they didn't tell me beforehand.
