Striaght-forward, you need to know how to make classic bar beverages. Also, need to be knowledgeable about wine. The manager I interviewed with was great, honest about expectations and what the role entails.

Interview
Met with the GM at the restaurant. Simple and easy interview consisting of mostly behavior type questions. The GM was very friendly and easygoing which made the interview feel extremely easy. It was more conversational than the typical go down the list of preset questions.
