Weeks ago, I applied for the Program Manager position, shortly after the CEO announced they were actively hiring for this role (open for 2 months). Despite meeting the qualifications and submitting my application promptly, I have not received any acknowledgment or follow-up from the company.
It's disheartening that a company which claims to be in urgent need of filling this position would not communicate with candidates, even just to confirm receipt of the application or provide an update on the hiring timeline. A simple automated response or a note regarding the process would have made a big difference.
This lack of communication reflects poorly on the company’s overall professionalism and raises concerns about how they value people both inside and outside of their organization. I hope they can improve their hiring processes to be more transparent and respectful of candidates' time and effort.
