Lafayette Group interview questions

Average interview process, negative rating because they didn't even reach out with a rejection. I had multiple interviews totaling about two hours and following the last interview there was no correspondence on their behalf. Unprofessional and a bad representation for the firm if you ask me, but maybe they just let one slip through the cracks. Seem to be generally un-organized at the moment.

Asked about why I wanted to work there. Very nice and formal interview. Talked about prior experience and skills that would help in the role and why I think I would be a good fit.
