Lagash Systems interview questions

The recruiter contacts to you at the first time, in my case via LinkedIn and he proposals to me a call. Well, the recruiter had so kindly in this call. After he scheduled a meeting for technical test via Zoom. The technical interview it's very easy. Finally the initial recruiter says that they need to analalise all the candidates and after two weeks they will give a answer about the process. For my surprise, the recruiter disappeared and he doesn't answer my question about the process even 4 weeks after. I think that if I took the time for attend the interviews the minimum that you wait is a little answer. I don't know. Maybe "hey we decided for another candidate but we will have you for future processes with the company" or a simple email it's enough. Srs. Recruiters. Please, you don't need to disappear.
