I was only looking for a summer job and this is the easiest job interview process i've ever gone through. My dad is friends with the boss so they already had it set up but from what I understand everyone that has gone through it has been hired. There is no real interview process. It was the easiest thing i've ever gone through. He basically asked me when I could start and that was that.
