Formal interview about how well you work with a team, experience, how to handle parents and patrons that would come to the beaches. Part of the interview was situational questions about lifeguarding. Opportunity to ask questions about the position and expectations

Quite short mainly getting to know what kind of person you are and how competent you will be in the role. Asked a few questions about my background and work ethic.
