Lakeland Arts interview questions

Very professionally structured and conducted. Excellent communication throughout via HR. Application form followed by an interview. A panel interview with challenging but fair questions. I was asked to review a issue relevant to my role and present my thoughts. The interview was followed by a meeting with a tour and chat with a team member, which really helped in getting an understanding of the organisation.
