I applied online. I interviewed at Lakeshore Management (Blaine, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was very pleasant, and everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. They answered all my questions clearly. The process happens in three phases, and while the initial interview takes some time, it’s worth it because they do a great job selecting a diverse mix of people to interview. Overall, it was an organized and positive experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lakeshore Management (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online then got an email to pick if I wanted to call and talk to someone from HR or set a time for them to call! I got a call and phone call for phone interview and it went well then set up a in person interview. The person was unprepared with no information as to what position I was there for then took notes on back of my resume. After interview I was told to go look at property I would potentially work at then text my Skype name for the 3rd interview which is did both and never heard from anyone even after a follow up phone call no one returned my call
