Interview
The interview process was seamless and smooth with quick response times and regular communications. There were a quite a few interviews so it was a lot of scheduling but it also meant that I got the chance to meet with almost every person I'd be working with on a regular basis. You could really tell that they take team fit just as seriously as the expertise someone brings to a role. Each team member asked really thoughtful and intentional questions and also allowed good space for me to ask questions about the environment, work and business. Honestly one of the best interview processes I've participated in, which is impressive for a small but mighty team like this one!
Après les salutations, on a commencé par la présentation du candidat. Et après Les questions d'ordre général (Questions de motivation) sont suivies et les questions d'ordre pratique (cliniques). Ensuite on me demande pourquoi c'est moi il faut choisir ?

The founder/CEO contacted me via LinkedIn to schedule a call. However, I was ghosted on the day of the call despite following up with him several times to confirm the meeting date and time.
