All of my interviews were conducted via phone and video under the COVID-19. The interview process was clear and fairly smooth. Started from recruiter screening call and then one on one with the hiring manager followed by a couple of panel interview. I had good interview experiences during the process.

I had a positive interview experience with a clear and organized process. The interviewers were respectful, engaging, and genuinely interested in my experience. I especially appreciated the focus on real-world problem solving and collaboration. Overall, it gave me a good impression of the team and company culture.

Had an initial screening call and then a Teams interview. The initial screening call was 20 min, and the entire Teams interview was 7 rounds of 30 min each.

GOOD, ask some behavior questions, like how to deal with conflits or disagree with colleagues. Don; have too many technique detials, Just talk about previous research experiences, like phd research
