Interview
The interview process consists of three stages: an HR screening conducted by a recruiter, a technical interview with technical questions and practical tasks, and a final fit interview with the direct manager.
3 steps: HR, Technical, with managmanent. Everything was smooth, Perfect tech interview, we were talking about system design with system architecs, some patterns. HR interview was usual, nothing interesting Management gave some standard behaviour questions and ask about perfomance metrics of my previous teams

Sql scripts checking(mostly over, joins) online in notebook, need to write optimize scripts, explain why you write this scripts so. Questions about last work experience, why do you want to change job, business sales cases.
