Lamour interview questions

The interviewer's behavior was nice and made the process of the interview a pleasant conversation. Everything was nice and convenient and the environment of their office was really vibrant. the receptionist was so polite and the people and the atmosphere declined my stress level.

I interviewed with the Human Resources Director and Team Leader of Design. Although they were looking for a packaging coordinator, someone to coordinate the supplier relationships, samples etc, they sent me a skill test for packaging design. On top of that, even though I said my management skills are more advanced than my packaging design skills, they said the position requires someone more senior based on my test as some elements were missing in my design. I had to get this answer by contacting them a week after submitting my test although they said they would respond in a day or 2 after receiving it. So I believe they were not sure what they were looking for and, they wanted one person for multiple positions. Overall, it was a bad experience. I still regret spending my weekend on that test.
