Lancia do 'closed book' style interviews, where the interviewer has not seen your CV before the interview - to remove bias.
On one hand I do agree with the logic behind this approach ,however, it stopped Lancia directors realising early on that this person does not have the skill set they're after.
This happened to me, I got all the way to the final interview and only to be told they were looking for someone that had experience in XYZ. I do have experience in that, and if they had have looked at my CV they would know that and could have tailored the interview to that.
I have spoke to a few other people who have had interviews with Lancia and all have the same experience - get to the final interview only for a director to say you don't have a experience in something they're after.
