The initial interview process presented to me was a first interview, followed by an assignment and then a final interview with upper management. What actually happened was an initial interview of 1.5 hours, then an 8 hour assessment/test. Then 2 more interviews of about an hour each with various upper management members. Overall, a lot was demanded up front, including an 8 hour long assignment using Google Docs/Sheets, which they then copy onto their local 'Drive'. So basically a whole work day of unpaid labour.
