I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LandTech (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview process took 1 week:
5-10 min intro, 20 min behavioral questions,
40 min pairing tech test involving vanilla JS loops/recursion.
The interviewers were very polite, easy to talk to, and very human. The tech test however, I didn't feel like it tested my knowledge, and it was more of a random rubix cube-esque category of test. Only at the end I was told not many had finished the puzzle, and that it was more about the thought process that was being assessed.
