I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn for an introductory call. Despite not meeting all the years of experience outlined in the position requirements, I was pleasantly surprised that they still gave me the opportunity to proceed with the interview process. What stood out to me the most was the professionalism and objectivity displayed throughout the entire process. Despite not meeting all the experience criteria, the team treated me with respect and gave me a fair chance to demonstrate my skills and qualifications for the role. I appreciated that there were no biases, and they evaluated me based on my abilities rather than solely on my years of experience. The interview process was well-structured and efficient. It spanned over a period of two weeks, starting from the initial call with the recruiter to receiving the offer. The process involved one initial call with the recruiter and three subsequent interviews with the team. During the second interview, I was presented with a small technical challenge, which allowed me to showcase my skills with TypeScript/JavaScript. Additionally, I was given a take-home full-stack challenge to complete within the week.
