The interview was a friendly and engaging experience. Some of the questions were behavioral, while others were simple technical questions. They are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The office culture seemed like a close-knit family.

Interview
The interview started with me entering the conference room. Then all the members of the company joined in a conference room. and proceeded to ask questions. Then they gave me three scenarios in which I had to pick one and give them quantitative and qualitative data to why I chose the decision I did.

Tell me about yourself? Why did you choose Civil Engineering? a bunch of questions in my resume.
Started off with some introductions, basic questions about the overall company, resume questions, and at the end asked me to complete a task to see how I think. Nice people, straightforward, and not too intimidating either.
