Interview
Applied and received a phone interview within 2 weeks. Interview was cold and almost demeaning in nature. I was interviewed with the hiring authority which is good but the other 2 folks who were probably in lower level positions were not allowed to ask anything. So they never spoke. Their input meant nothing to this administrator. That's teamwork!!

Question 1
Most of the questions were typical of an interview sharing my education and experience. However, when I was asked how much experience I had in higher education it was obvious someone didn't do their homework. It's on the resume. Over 10 years, never worked outside of higher education.
