It was a relatively short but pleasant experience. Nothing unusual or unexpected in the interview. They described their needs in some detail. We discussed how my prior experience and interests matched their needs. It was not a particularly good fit and that was OK with all involved.

Great process, overall great environment. They were courteous, and direct with me about expectations. Huge vision and the right people in place to do it. I left wanting to contribute . Will recommend to friends, family, and farmers.
