It was a fine interview if you like looking up people's nostrils and staring at their boogers. Some people need to learn to proper nasal hygiene. How hard is it to blow your nose?

Interview
The interview was not typical for a college setting as I interviewed for one person who hired me. I thought that it was strange and even though it was good for me, I questioned whether faculty members decide anything in this place. I was right, faculty do not decide anything. Administration does whatever they feel like doing.
