Interview
They were very detailed on understanding my experience and interested in my passion for the industry and serving customers. It started with a phone interview with 2 executives and then included the owner. Met the owner for a 1:1 and then a last in person interview that included my wife and the owner's wife.

Interview
I received a call from the owner askine to set up a te to talk. We spoke later that day and he asked alot of general questions. Two days later he called me back and we spoke again. I went to Lynchburg the following week and interviewed with the owner and president. Afterwards the owner took my wife and I out for dinner.
