Language Express interview questions

Applied online, after a month they get back to me. 1) Group interview, couple hours long, have to do a little presentation based on their teaching design 2) 3-day training (weekdays), paid after so many hours/months of teaching 3) Get your own classes when they're available Straightforward, but long. Feels like as long as you show effort/promise you'll get the job.
