Lantz-Boggio Architects PC interview questions

The interview process was incredibly smooth. You'll be invited to participate in a face-to-face meeting in a conference room with Dennis (the CEO) and others in your department. Though the other employees will have some say in the matter, Dennis is the sole owner of the business with authority to approve and/or veto all decisions. He's very ego driven, loves compliments, and is constantly focusing on becoming a 'type 3 business.'

The interview process was very simple and straightforward. There wasn't a lot of fluff about workplace culture blah blah blah. It consisted of operational type questions and information about the typo for the company does.
