I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lantz-Boggio Architects PC (Denver, CO) in Jun 2023
Interview
There will be multiple rounds to understand the overall potential of the candidate. Starting with introduction and later with few technical rounds. Most of my technical round question were based on the projects I presented.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lantz-Boggio Architects PC (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process was incredibly smooth. You'll be invited to participate in a face-to-face meeting in a conference room with Dennis (the CEO) and others in your department. Though the other employees will have some say in the matter, Dennis is the sole owner of the business with authority to approve and/or veto all decisions. He's very ego driven, loves compliments, and is constantly focusing on becoming a 'type 3 business.'

Question 1
Because you'll have to deal with multiple personalities asking for various tasks, they'll want to know about your multitasking experience, ability to cater to multiple personality types, and most importantly, they'll want to know how you deal with mundane tasks (like reading over hundreds of pages of government contract / proposals).
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lantz-Boggio Architects PC (Denver, CO) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was very simple and straightforward. There wasn't a lot of fluff about workplace culture blah blah blah. It consisted of operational type questions and information about the typo for the company does.
