LanzaJet interview questions

LanzaJet gave a very thorough & professional first interview. However, they were asking for prior internship experience. This defeats the purpose as internships are meant to be an opportunity for college students exploring their major.

Met first with HR manager then process engineers then managers. Did not get to finish process due to other offers. Began with behavioral questions and company overviews and the other interviews (team and managers) were more technical/questions about my experience.
