Lapine Web Developer interview questions

I was flown out to meet the Lapine team as they were getting ready to acquire the company I worked for. I was the only one out of my team to not get to meet the incoming CEO to ask some important questions I had, and the HR lady deflected when I pushed for some burning questions about salary, company-supplied equipment that was a problem my current employer swept under the rug. Eventually they sent me a cold email saying they decided to rescind the offer - I believe this was a vindictive move on the part of the founders of the company I worked for, especially given the timing of it.
