Larimer County Government interview questions

I was lucky. It was human not AI. I had to test out and prove my skill set. And it was with the actual team that I would be working for and with.

At least a 3 month process, long delays between interviews, deep investigated background check requiring contacts for the past 10 years (professional and personal), health/crime history, polygraph, medical screening. Surveys were repetitive with questions asked multiple times in different ways.
