Lark Product Manager interview questions

Had a call with the hiring manager, went over my experience. Was not asked any product relevant questions, it was a 30min call and at the end was told that they were looking for someone with more experience.

I applied online and was contacted for a phone screen. The hiring manager set up the interview and interviewed me via phone call. The questions were standard, essentially trying to understand what my qualifications are and what I would do as a project manager. I was not selected to move forward after the phone screen.
