HR interview, it was too subjective. Didnt really understand what they were looking at. It was online interview. Didnt get feedback about what they were expecting. At a senior level, it was too superficial and not transparent.

The experience was good... Strating with written round, it was quite tough. Then the PI round. Stressed because it was my first interview. But everything went well. Much of HR related questions. The interviewer were quite cool. They made us comfortable first.

There is only one technical round which is conducted after the online test assesment ,for more than an hour. After that HR round is conducted in which only normal talk between HR of the company and the candidate is done.
- First they asked me to introduce myself . After thatthey have asked me about my subject interest during my bachelors and they started asking questions from that subject.

Interview went amazing. It was totally based on technical knowledge although questions were from management too were there. With basics clear and with enough confidence, one can crack it. Questions from thermodynamics, machining process were mostly asked.
