LasikPlus interview questions

The interview process took about three weeks. Had three interviews with various people from the department including the CEO. Everyone was easy to talk to and welcoming. They do a good job of making sure you understand the job and work environment. Their communication was solid and transparent. Smooth process all around.

Offered to do a pre-screen interview via video and went through questions and was able to ask questions as well. Asked the normal interview questions, the whole process lasted about 20 minutes or so and wasn’t as daunting as I expected. Interviewer
