Interview
The process was quick and transparent, with clear communication from HR and two very positive first interviews where I could present my skills well. The final cultural fit interview, however, was much more tense. The bolder, more confrontational style of questioning made it harder to express myself openly. For future applicants, I would encourage a more welcoming approach: it might help create space to share ideas and personality more freely.

It was an objective and fast process, there was a lot of transparency about each step and also during the interviews, they demonstrated that they know exactly what they are looking for and the plans for the short to long term person.
