I applied right at the beginning of COVID so the internship was canceled but then the following year I reached out and was able to set up an interview very easily. They were really friendly and answered all my questions and were flexible with me which was great.

Interview
Pretty standard, they are very friendly guys and were very eager to talk to about the job/workload & clients. Interview was more conversational, they asked about previous experience & specific instances, but I think they also want to get to know you through the process as well.
