LaunchSource Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

The interview isn't for an actual position, it's to screen you on whether you'd like to add your profile to their website for other companies to hire you. Like a recruitment/middleman service. I'm looking for an actual position, so I was pretty disappointed at the lack of transparency upfront.
