Had a conversation with recruitment/HR based in Chile. We got on the topic of salary and the eternal loop of what's your expectation/what's your budget ... in the end he mentioned the max. (which is low) and started saying that they need to take 15% for tax reasons in Chile - which is actually a lie. So it would be for them to take even more out of the pay for your work. So together with the low wages they offer and the "tax" it looks to be a big scam of a company. Nice guy though I spoke with
