4 interviews and an assignment. Spoke with multiple people in multiple roles. Pretty straightforward questions about background, experience, and interest. Everyone was very personable and friendly. The process was not super clear and most people I spoke to couldn't tell me what next steps would be
Negative interview process. After rescheduling initial interview, I was asked to complete an example piece of work that took hours to complete. After several weeks and multiple email follow ups, I received update that the company had moved in a different direction.
