Two different interviews. One over the phone and the other was a sit down. Then you walked through the office to meet people. After that you were hired and filled out new hire forms.
I had a phone interview and was told to expect a follow-up call, but it never came. I followed up via email, received no response, and assumed they moved on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lawboss (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
1st: Interview with HR/Recruiter via Zoom
2nd: Zoom interview w/ Hiring Manager + COO
3rd: Final Interview w/ Managing Attorney via Zoom
Offer came later in the day after the final interview was completed.
