Great experience! There was a brief phone interview, followed by an in person interview, and later written assignment. The process was over a couple of weeks (they are a start up so everyone is very busy). I interviewed with two staff members and then two higher up players. They have an awesome office by the Beltline and everyone was very friendly! Very down to earth environment. If I hadn't excepted another position I would have loved to continue the process.

When applying your are asked to answer 10 questions in detail to the point I was wondering what would be asked on the phone. Immediately after I applied, I received an email to schedule an interview with the Co-Founder Mark Thompson. When he called me he had quite a few questions which weren't hard. He asked me at the end to send him some questions and he will determine if I go to the next step. No call or response. If people take the time to interview, have the decency to respond and say if they are not moving on as respect
