A couple of interviews with team all really nice, however company has went through many layoffs now within the past few years not sure who is left, so keep that in mind
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LeafLink in Jun 2024
Interview
Cee Cee was amazing throughout the entire recruiting process. She kept me in the loop at each stage and provided valuable feedback on my coding assessment and each of my three interviews. She should be teaching a course on recruiting! I've gotten so used to recruiters behaving badly that I was blown away by even the simplest courtesies she provided. Additionally, everyone I met at LeafLink was kind, personable, and seemed like overall great people. Really sad I didn’t get this one…sigh. I gained a lot from the process though. I’m sure it’ll help me in the future.
The process:
Initial Recruiter screening > Take home assignment > Recruiter follow-up with feedback from team > 3 interviews with different teams and management > Recruiter feedback call and decision

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LeafLink (New York, NY) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process with the Leaflink team was straight forward, streamlined, and a really good experience. Everyone was very personable, easy to talk to, and seemed genuinely interested in the conversations we were having. The best part of the process was the recruiting team. The recruiter was very clear with her communication, gave great feedback, and kept me informed during the entire process. While I ultimately was not the candidate chosen, the interview experience was great!

Question 1
The questions were more focused on getting to know me as a person and a candidate. So tell me about yourself and your experience for example.
