I applied online and got contacted by their recruiter within a few days. They were very responsive throughout the whole process. The interviews themselves were fairly easy. The first one was a brief introductory chat with one of the senior members of management. I was then assigned a technical task that I took about a week to complete. Everyone was very responsive and helpful while I figured the task out. After the task was completed, another interview was held where I explained my approach, and answered questions about the solution. There were also some behavioural questions. Final round was with the CCO, again behavioural. Fairly direct and easy questions. Also got an insight into the role and the company. I was offered the job soon after, but the compensation was lower than my expectations (which I'd set at the beginning).
