I wasn't given much information about the company itself or even a bit of an overview before the interview which would have been useful so I had to research everything myself. I find that it is better to hear from the company about what they do, how things run and their motivations (as it adds a personal touch to the interview process) rather than blindly researching and just reiterating in the interview what I found on their website. The interviewers said they'd get back in touch with me to say their decision but they never reached out to say a simple "no". I'd much rather appreciate a simple email stating this than not hearing back. I didn't bother reaching out for feedback either as I felt like they just ignored me.
