Interview
They let you talk for a minute and then tell you that they like you and you can have the conditional contract.
The conditional contract basically says: "You will be hired eventually when you finish the £150+ course that you have to pay for and after successfully taking the exam for a period of time". You pay the £500 and they give you access to Microsoft learning platform.
They don't give you the exam in the contracted period so you just bought yourself a source.
