The first part of the interview process was what I would refer to as "All About Me." The questions were centered around any connections I had with working with children with ASD and why I chose to start my career with Special Needs. The reason behind I chose this path was because of my amazing opportunity to volunteer at the Texas Tech Early Head Start program. We also discussed my entire resume paragraph by paragraph more in depth to gather any additional skills that I might have left out on it. The second half was a tour and during the tour I was able to observe the other ABA Therapist interacting with their client
