Streamlined, thoughtful, informative hiring/interview process. Met first with a company recruiter, who facilitated the process in a comfortable and logical sequence. I then met with the CEO/Founder who was enthusiastic, engaging, and incredibly passionate about the L&D industry, edtech trends, and company culture. He was the main reason why I decided to take a leap/join the Tribe. He communicated that something special was being built, and I wanted to contribute and be an impactful member of the team. I then met with one of the operational leaders from the Paris office and she was extraordinarily knowledgeable and spoke highly of the company’s goals and ambitions. We spoke honestly about areas of opportunity and also places where we, as an organization, were far exceeding expectations. The honesty and transparency was important. Once the interview process ended and an offer was extended, the entire HR team made themselves available to ensure comfort and understanding during the hiring/on-boarding process was felt.
