Interview
Scheduled in person interview. Filled out paper application upon entering the building (in addition to having already applied on Indeed. A lot of the information was redundant, but they did ask for other info like current/former salary at current/previous employer(s)).
Had interview with assistant manager and branch manager. Reviewed resume and spoke for maybe 10-15 minutes. Then assistant manager offered to give tour of building, which I accepted.

Easy process and more personal than experience questions. Once interviewed, hired directly on the spot. Great environment in their New Albany location. The manager there is great and has respect for his employees

Interview
Applied online and received a call from the HR representative a few days later. Interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was with two individuals. It included many questions about myself and my understanding of the company. At the end, I was asked to demonstrate my Excel knowledge by doing 6 tasks on an Excel spreadsheet than someone had put together. It was about 5 days ago and I haven't gotten a call back yet.
