2-Part Interview Process 1st was a little more informal with some questions around my current role and career goals. I was asked why I applied and in addition to some competency questions. Was a great opportunity to find out more about the role and the panel we're very friendly. 2nd stage was preparing a 15 minute presentation around the area, followed by more competency based questions. LTU said they would get back to me no later than Friday next week. On Friday they came back to me. Did not offer me the role.
