I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Leeo (Paris) in Dec 2021
Interview
L'entretien s'est deroulée via visioconférence, et a commencé par plusieurs activités à faire tout au long de l'entretien, a la fin des activités il y a eu quelques questions concernant les expériences précedentes.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Leeo (Menlo Park, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Initial contact by recruiter at company from my Linkedin profile. One phone screening by HR, second phone screening by engineer, then face-to-face. Very quick, only 2-3 days between contacts. On site was 10:30am to 2:30pm approx. Lunch provided at company. No questions about salary (this should have tipped me off). Ended with a thank you and a gift bag w/T-Shirt, USB power brick, and sticker.

Question 1
The technical question was so elementary, but the last interviewer was real nervous, kept asking the same question over and over "how would you deal with a difficult engineer". I kept giving examples of how I had dealt with difficult individuals, but it did not seem to satisfy her. At one point her boss came in and sat down and proceeded to play with his phone, head down. Then before the interview was over he left. Never said a thing. Very strange, I have never seen this.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leeo (Palo Alto, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Referral from a friend and employee. Talked with a recruiter/manager of the position over the phone. Set up interview time. Had 1/2 day interview with 4 different people. Each really no longer than 30 min. Got lunch and to meet some of the other staff, who were really friendly.
