Interview
The Human Resources Officer, whom I would be reporting to, interviewed me in an office within the Human Resources Department. He asked me about 5 pre-written questions and then gave me two assessments to complete. One was for alphabetizing and the other was for noticing mistakes in a group of three identical names or numbers.
