Easy, the women was very nice and didn't ask many "hard" questions. I had no prior experience. The interview seemed more informal which was nice. I was nervous before it but really did not need to be.

It was pretty standard. However, the managers will act like your background is so impressive just to hire you then treat you like trash when you start. They don’t have respect for their employees. Just because it is The hospitality business doesn’t mean people can just treat you any type of way. The location had all men as managers. Nothing against that but they lacked empathy and organization skills as a whole. No one was ever on the same page. Being there were multiple managers it would be hard because the hiring process looked different for each of them. One also want aware that they hired a new employee.
